I've been googling like crazy, found some decent videos on gear/technique from wild country and others. This is one of my favorites that I found, check out the fashion and music. Pretty cool. Sorry about video quality, was the only one I could find on YouTube. Looks like it was filmed with a sh*tty phone camera or something.
Watch out for the lion!

I do like the 'good anchor' that is made up of quarter inchers!
Standard issue. Solid.

One more thing. When climbing in a gym, don't get distracted by the girls and forget to finish tying your knot.

As great and memorable as the '80's were, there is so so much that is so wrong about this video, and those times, and it ain't the climbing.

That was fun to watch, I still have most of my Lycra from the eighties and early nineties, I am sure it is going to come back into style again soon

It's funny how they differentiate between a "friction step" and a "smear." I always thought they were the same thing. Here they say a smear is placing your foot on a rounded edge. I think some climbers would now call that a "smedge." Does anyone recognize the climb the two were doing at the end?
