Very high shipping charges. Don't order unless you plan to buy a lot.

Kevin, thanks for the link.

Fed Ex shipping on two pairs to San Diego = $10.61

I got quoted $15.33 shipping for two pairs of shoes and $15.81 for three(fedex ground to Utah). I just can't pass up Guide Tennies for $40 a pop.

Susan, I did it last year and it worked great. Like someone said above the shipping is high for only one pair, but for multiple pairs it is not too bad as it is about the same price for shipping.

Good Question...

How come both my 5 tennies fell apart?

I WANT to like them and get another pair but sheesh two of them?
Sole on one just delaminated (glue sucks?).
Whole sole off the other just dropped off.

Yep both of the guides. WTF?

^^^ DD, I seam seal the crap out of mine and they will last between 1.5 to 2 years of heavy use.

See here. One tube is enough for a pair.

I use to just hit the seams but it made the shoes look kind of messed up and they would last about a year. Then I started coating the whole shoe and that seemed to provide enough seal to keep the dirt out and get another 12 months out of them.
