OK folks, we need a place to put all the carnage in one spot. I want to see your finger skin "deglovings", your ripped off toenails, avulsions, screws holding together shattered bones, your scapula exposed in that heinous 5.11 OW, and what have you.

mah knee. wish i could have been more forceful with the doctors about them giving me a copy of the picture they took of it during the surgery when they first found my severed quadriceps tendon. they had the skin pulled back exposing all the bone in my knee, where pieces were missing, and the look of the severed tendon when the doctor was like holding it up for the camera is an imagine that i wont forget. bastards told me to just take a picture of their picture with my smart phone, ( something i didn't/don't have ) and i was still so zoned out on pain killers i wasn't being very forceful. mah arm. here lies one of the two plates along with 7 screws.
other side of same arm where i have the other plate and another 7 screws.

I have a few more than this, these only account for if i recall 40 something of my 99 stitches/staples from my car accident, but in comparison everyone else is not very noteworthy.

Post up MRIs Reilly, inquiring minds want to know! Or maybe a video demonstrating defective behaviors?

Yeah, haven't figured out how to post up pix of mental scars. Probably for the best.

Plus scars on both hips from iliac grafts, and others..
Anyone know a good plastic surgeon who works for free?

Pinholes have healed up nicely, eh? Hopefully your cast is gone forever in 48 hours!

So here's hoping we can celebrate.

Holy crap, I'm glad that thing is gone! [But not half as glad as you, eh?]

Now guys, take a really close look at her X-ray - the other leg - and tell us what you see, or rather don't see! [This was quite amazing to me]

Was looking for my old X-ray with the plates and screws in my ankle, but don't have it. Glad that crap was taken out, it was knott pleasant, and would set off the metal detector at the airport.

She's missing a bone. Probably elective surgery as a kiddo.
Now, do I get another six pack?

You are as thirsty as you are observant, Susan. I think they glued it onto her other leg. I didn't think a person could get by without a connected fibula, but Anita seems to do just fine.

Hey, could you email us whatever photos you got from the Meadows in high res? Will probably write up a trip report soon, if Anita ever sends me the photos from her camera and phone. ;)
