Just as i was thinking of Dean=Cragsman too.You go and conjure up that vision. The way you phrased that, just perfectly. it is nearly tactile i almost feel the chill, the years fade away, it has been forever since I saw Mono Lake.

it were big but clouded-over tonight at mile sixish, past the eastward ponderosa ridge as i pedal-chugged up to the pass, then down, down, down, cantilever brakes squeaking, down the grade to the cold creek's bottom and my fingers frozen sticky arrogant bastard. the dog daemon pads up, pooped, and the night is won, the moon so wan and for some reason I sleep in the city.
