Card arrived, Santa duty was interrupted by out of town work. Santa is back and catching up. No worries, I've been out of town since the 24th, back at work today. Plenty more Holiday cheer to anticipate. Part of the fun of this exchange is the mix of diligent timely Santas, traveling Santas, Santas with snafus, bumbling creative one of a kind idea Santas.....the varied lives and experiences, shared candidly, make for cheery browsing as the thread develops annually. hey there say, bluelens... am just now going to sleep, and i saw your post...
i JUST now TURNED off the christmas lights, :)
and earlier this eve, i read some more of the book, :)
also, shared it, by phone with my mom... and a friend, too, :)
even used the candles, a few days ago, and will again soon,
*when i do not leave the room to paint, at night, :)

The days of the garage games is a fond, but distant memory to me now. I appreciate the nod, if that’s what this is.
P.S. Edit: I remember the impressions and the line for line replays of every great movie I have ever loved coming outta this guy. Amazing talent, which I believe he is putting to good use in teaching... The only truly noble action in life... To teach the youth so that they may grow into wonderful human beings.... He is a wonderful human being, indeed.

First day back to work after the Holiday break.Our Christmas was looking grim as my wife has been very ill and we decided not to decorate or have a tree, we decided not to exchange many gifts as we have alot of medical bills and no children. And then on Christmas eve a package arrived from my "SECRET SANTA" It was from a wonderful lady named "LEGGS" I waited until Christmas day to open it as we had only a few to open. It contained a "Astronomy course" "Our Night Sky" book,DVD, and planisphere. COOL!! as the sky is quite bright up here. My wife asked if I knew "LEGGS" from all the years I spent in Yosemite. I said no, I don't think so...maybe..Anyway she was amazed that a person I did not know would spend so much time and money to make sure it arrived before Christmas.She said she must be a"Very Special kind of person" to do this for me..And she smiled...we do not do a lot of smiling around here lately.."LEGGS" you made my wife(and me)"SMILE" You must really be a thoughtful person and anybody that knows you must be blessed..Again.."THANKS LEGGS" for the gift.I hope the New Year brings you much joy and happiness as you certainly deserve it. Your new freind and fan...Frank and Shawnda Wyman...

wow, what a fantastic photo, there of the dreamcatcher... the colors, the artist balance and all... wow...
did you do a lot of photography, or do you just have a great eye for presentation, etc??
(i practiced a lot, by taking pics of my kids, as they grew, etc, and our adventures...)...
wow, and as to this, like bluelens shared, we learn and enjoy so many nice and new things, during this christmas thread... strider, again, this is a great way to finish a year, and MOVE into the new one, with fresh hugs, etc...
say, and jingy... such a heartfelt thoughts about dreams...
we all have special dreams, some hard to share, and some easy...
may the new year, bring some dreams that blossom...
als, the tribute to chris, here, is very nice!... is is hard work, working with kids but very important and much needed...

i hope you have many nice quests for the dinner bell!
say, sometimes you get a climber 'brother', on your heart, and you know
it is a GOOD time-and-season for something special, for that one...
this year, that happened, that special feeling...
your friends and taco-acquaintances, were very happy to make this special
fun, possible for you! ...

i tried the idea, once for mouse, last year (first time ever done), and it worked out very nice, SO NICE, that we wanted someone else to get to enjoy this!
so then, this year, it was, that i just knew it was a good time for you to enjoy this!
mouse had a FEW different group of friends,of course,
and for you, i made sure you had fun with yours, ... we all enjoyed doing this for you, our climber buddy, our 'taco brother' and a friend, and a long-time friend (as to those of many years back),--

Thank You so Very Much Secret Santa. I am so sorry I am late in my thanks. Holidays got a bit crazy. Your gift arrived well before Christmas, but I didn't get the package until recently. I was spending the Holidays in the Eastern Sierra and the elves there are a little lax. :)
Thanks for all your effort. The syrup will go wonderfully with my pannenkoeken.....Belgium crepes. Books, well I love them and will enjoy reading about a place I have not had the opportunity to enjoy. Maybe this year. Loves of love for your labor of love. Cheers, Lynnie

hey there, say, lisa... i too have been wondering how frank and his wife are... and another friend, as to her health, too...
say, i think i learned about doing a bunch of little trinkets, from my mom,
and then, back when i had so many kids, well, you make HABITS...
such as, at times when you don't have much funds on hand,
it is that time to use:
your thoughts-at-hand, mix them together, and let them add up to the gifts that you sometimes
can't buy... :))
thank you for sharing, so we know we are on the right trail,
in those ways, of fun ideas!!
