I put up Acme Toprope wall anchors and Brand X toprope wall anchors to prevent grid bolting in an area that should a TR area, not a lead area.
There are multiple different ways to climb those walls.
A couple years after I did that someone put a line up the middle of Acme to the anchors I had placed.
The wall is only 30-40 ft tall. Perfect for TRs. Why put up multiple lines at cost when 3 bolt TR anchors will do?

Only my pride, what little remains. Oh wait, pride goeth before a fall.

That's a good question, Spider. Ben seems to be having a lot of fun out there, and I think he does it for the best of reasons.

It's a fun place, and I go there occasionally in the cooler months. I would totally contribute to a fund to replace the routes and anchors. Ben, anyone with the gear and motivation? I have neither the gear or the experience for such a job.

Anyone know specifically which routes are chopped? Is it from the Spider line, the 10a, to the right on the right side of the corridor? What about moderates on the big face? Tethys?
