Hi all,

Is anyone going to Yosemite in the next few days? I want to deliver a crate of beer to the YOSAR team as a thanks for rescuing us off The Nose.

I'd be really grateful if someone could buy a 24 pack of something decent and drop it off at the YOSAR office. I'll pay you back by Paypal or BACS.

Thanks,
Marian

Hi Gene,

He's doing really well, thanks. Back on his feet and getting back to his old self. Hospital will be ready to discharge him in the next couple of days. So thankful that he's going to be ok!

I can't believe that none of YOSAR like a beer. Any other suggestions as a good way to say thanks? Am going to make a donation to The Friends.

Thanks,
Marian

I suggest a box of original Twinkies and a case of Soy Milk with a Geritol chaser.

Begfoot Ale is not beer weege. What it is... is a good idea in theory, that when actually applied, turns out to be a horrible, horrible idea in reality. Barley wine should only be consumed as a form of punishment, or when you require high alcohol content but can't stomach real booze.

Too funny!

On the serious side, glad your partner is doing well.

Buy them the beer. If they don't drink it they can barter for goods they want....

Buy them a case of Heineken or Sierra Nevada Pale Ale's.

Glad the dude is well from the fall. YOSAR is the best.

Glad to hear your husband is doing well. It looked like a really ugly situation from down at the bridge. I am pretty sure the YOSAR gang likes beer, but maybe they really are on the wagon. Travel well.

Cheers,
Doug

Marian,

It's great to hear Simon is making a good recovery. Not prying, but are you still in the US, or have you been able to get back him back to the UK?

Hi Marian,

I'm glad all is well. You may also send a donation to Yosar. Here's the link.
