I would never support Cliven. There is no connection, other than the overt anti-gov't position.

Not sure why this incident from 2009 has been resurrected five years later.

It takes time to gather information, particularly from the gov't. I would imagine that a number of people would want to wait until statute of limitations had expired, before they said anything to anyone, after they'd seen what happened.

Should the gov't be enticing people to commit crimes? How can that possibly be ethical?

How is it ethical to charge people with a crime of doing something perfectly legal on private land, when the common maps of the area show they are on private land, not public?
