Hey guys, I was lucky enough to get invited to the premier and thought I'd share my thoughts on the movie!

What an immensely ignorant and lame ass review.
You wanna know what's getting tired? 5.15 guys upside down, grunting, yelling and clipping bolts, or the same on the boulders.

Carry on with whatever sports your wood though.

Wesley watch that film, then you'll know why we could care less about ondra's grunting (aka cheating) up 5.15+.

This is just a plug for the dudes blog, not a realistic review of the film.

Wesley, refer to this thread which says so much more than I can right now.

^^ Confirmed for missing the satire. Read the rest of his blog posts. They're pretty damn funny.

Professional troll. Very entertaining. Would not be funny if it did not have the teeth of some truth.

That Ondra film is... well... how do you bolt a climb that you are not even sure you can climb?

The Banff Mountain Film Festival has more to do with getting naked, beating a caribou drum, and giving thanks to our earth mother, than climbing. Sure, each year there’s a small cross section of Will Gadd ‘best of’ clips and whatever corporate beasts Jimmy Chin is serving will hobble together a slideshow or poster signing with Chin himself walking around signing you up for National Geographic subscriptions. We get it NatGeo, you’re cool now.

hahahahahahahahaha.

Trolling aside, I wonder how the decision was made to include a segment on Chongo and nothing, not even a mention, of Todd Skinner and Paul Piana's ascent of the Salathe in 88. As if it's not relevant to Yosemite climbing history? Did I miss something here?
