Kindled it yesterday & it is a very good read so far . Always wondered why we ran,climbed ,skied ,etc. instead of the other stuff .Take a look .

It is an interesting book. He put in years of research, so some of it is pretty technical. Other parts are just good insightful writing.

Really an amazing amalgamation of inputs - he puts it together so simply and eloquently.

I passed my copy on to Bridwell - hopefully the note in front will assure it's return.

I am, when conditions line up correctly, going to name a route "Paradoxical Reactor" though, I don't usually appear to be one.

Definition in the book....
