I'm definitely an attenTion whore, and I don't get mad when it's pointed out!
and by implication Skitch you've just added the clear connotation you think she is an attention whore.
You say... "I don't get mad when it's pointed out." Meaning, the woman referred to in the op and linked images, is getting mad for being called out as 'it.' Where "it" = "attention whore" as spelled out in the first clause in this above quote.
Your own "slut shaming" behavior is self evident in your above posts, even if done obliquely - i.e. overall calling her out for what you think she might be, or might intend... as a women... for her state of dress.
This sort of appeal to some correct code of dress for women is the kind of paradigm that reinforces "victim blaming."
Presumably your assertion is that the wearing of revealing clothing or acting in a particular manner, absolves the rest of the commentators of moral blame or guilt, when you said
she shouldn't get so pissed because morons say stupid things about her body
In the same way, your slut shaming is like victim blaming.
Victim blaming for rape and sexual assault implies that the crime was caused by the woman wearing revealing clothing before not consenting to sex, and "thereby absolving the perpetrator of guilt."

Pete is dead on with what I was implying, if you post up pics climbing with very little clothing you are going to get some form of attention, which hopefully you aren't too stupid to realize ahead of time, and aren't going to get twisted about when you do get that attention.
But back to me, I'm sick of this girl getting all of the attention. I want 4 more pages of people bashing and/or congratulating me, the original attention seeker of this thread!!! STAY ON TOPIC!!!

This is the first time I've ever contacted a moderator, but I've asked Chris to consider permanently removing Skitch from this site to maintain it as a safe place for women to post. He's a stalker, and that's dangerous.
I invite others who feel the same way to do the same.
Enough of this. This guy has obvious psychological problems. That's doubly dangerous.

They're way too serious about all this on MP. A lot of people complain about ST and sometimes I too just have to shake my head at the tangential posts and threads, but I actually like the anarchy...chaos is the beginning of creation, though it is pretty messy. Life...it's not for the squeamish.

At the end of the day the pictures weren't some advertisment or marketing gimmick thrown in front of you. They are pictures of a climber, one of us, and the comments you all make on her photos would elicit the same reaction at the crag.
It's possible to say something to someone wearing revealing clothing, even naked, that doesn't make them feel uncomfortable or objectified. It isn't that hard, ask Dean.
The worst part is that those of you don't see this issue. That's where the education comes in.

There's a big difference between posting the word "titties" and cyberstalking/publicly shaming an actual person and fellow climber. Mine isn't a PC argument - at all. It is an anti-harassment argument, however. If your inherent misogyny blinds you of this glaring distinction - sucks to be you, I guess.
Plus - I was the poster and photographer, not the author, of that report, as clearly stated. I don't edit my pal's gonzo style, which has proven to be quite popular. That's his choice. If you don't like it, I invite you to take it up with him.
