I found a few Arrowleaf Balsemroot at around 7,000' today near the old ghost town of Bullion NV,

Looks like the heavy May & June rains there have been good for flowers.

Your plant is called Notocactus roseoluteus in old timer speak

They call it Parodia mammulosa subsp. brasilensis now
