hey there say, ... wow, feralfae, just saw cyndie's stuff, again... seen a few other things by her but NOT the flowers, yet... wow!

say, mouse, love lena's stuff, too...

and say, edge, nice to see your share!

thanks to all the other that are chipping in here, too...

i got some stuff, but have to resize, been so busy, not getting that done...

but i love seeing the GOLDEN ROD in bloom here now, in the michigan fields...

you can tell the 'month' by all the wildflowers, though they DO overlap INTO the next months, etc, you can still tell, pretty well...

just got done with lots of queen anne's lace, in july... got the golden rod now... :) still have a bit of chicory around, from july, though and bits of the lace, but they are less and less as the august golden rod, addorns all the fields...

(had lot of wild lilies, in july, too) ...

forgot what we had in june, :(
(wild, i mean, had garden plants, on a roll, though)

Thank you, thank you.
Every time I stop in here to visit this thread, there is more beauty and more reasons to smile. Another great start to the day. And it's raining here on the Divide right now.

Thank you for sharing, all you talented photographers!

Oh, how lovely! Thank you Mouse. I'm almost able to inhale the fragrance of that beautiful red rose. Wonderful way to begin this day. Sunny and clear here, 34F outside and there are some deer at the pond. There was blowing snow up on the Divide yesterday, though.

Hello neebee!

Death Valley is getting a mega-bloom this year. Anyone who can get out there this week should go ASAP before they are gone.
Counted about 15 different types of flowers. Pics from yesterday.

Thanks for the share, Maidy. A nice set of pix.

Did you find the wind to be a big problem?

That's always mine, it seems, causing blurred images, even when using a tripod.

Fast shutter speed is called for, and patience.

We lucked out. Basically no wind other than a very slight breeze occasionally . Temps were great. I'm on injured reserve so it was a nice diversion.

Few more:
