bump.. sold out! Any chance that it will be recorded?

Bought a ticket, tried to pass it along. Hopefully someone can go and enjoy it? I know some others bought tickets, but can't attend. Maybe pay it forward?

Sad to say I caught something and am feeling very crappy.

If anyone does want to go they can maybe make a small donation to Jeff and they can have my ticket.

will miss you guys :(

EDIT: Bah... I feel barely good enough so I think I'll head down

Just got home from this event. To say it was moving would be an understatement.

Jeff has a lot of friends out there...

It was a blessing. Thanks to all who were a part of helping Jello. I hope he didn't dehydrate from all the tears of love and gratitude.

Loved the comment re Jim Donini last night ... Everyone was roaring with laughter!

Can't remember it word for word, but it basically said something along these lines, "that as he get's older his trousers are getting higher, so look for someone at Indian creek with trousers up to his armpits. That will be Jim."

When I said hello to Jello he said to me something to the effect of - you are back? you were on a trip? I said yes. Told him I was trying to swim and photograph sharks. His eyes sort of lit up. Kinda looked at me like I was half crazy. I didn't have much time but we left it with "we'll talk soon". Yes Jeff... yes we will.

The story of him weening himself off of 02 literally brought tears to my eyes.

A very beautiful night.

That was a fantastic event to be sure and a fabulous success for everyone involved!

Jeff is a stunning example of creative and directed will power.

The discussion about his near collapse and amazing rally on Latok really blew my mind though I know the story well.

Most folks don't know that Jeff has accomplished what he has at altitude while dealing with asthma.

The closer you look, the bigger Jeff and his achievements become.

It was a real Lowe Lovefest last night and thanks go out to everyone who has sent his spirit soaring with their generosity and support.

The good folks of Boulder are truly an inspiration!

I am pretty sure that Jeff and Connie capture all of these gatherings because each one is unique having been to all of the recent ones in support of this remarkable pair. People speak from the heart and that is pure gold.

Timmy was a riot as usual, but a bit over the line with the Jello impersonation,..

A take-away for me from the evening is the apparent seminal event that was Latok 1. The ultimately unsuccessful attempt put the "dream team" of George Lowe, Jeff Lowe, Jim Donini, and Michael Kennedy on an adventure that, from what I can tell, was particularly special in building individual character and confidence while at the same time forging life-long relationships.

Fantastic news! When I saw him last in June he was talking about not making it until the premier in August, now he's talking about 2015. An incredible demonstration of mind over matter.
