Bruce Kay, the pictures of you and your climb Floydesque in the Waddington guide look awesome! Do have other pics or stories to tell from that trip? I for one would love to hear about it at our virtual campfire.

Awesome! I have not been there. Although after checking out the pic and the route description it looked phenommenal. A few pitches of steep 5.10 granite sound pretty fun too. Thanks for the insight and cheers.

That Ice hose looks pretty cool. Friends of mine in 2000 did a new grade VI route on Combatant...Thanks for sharing the stoke. I hope to get in there if not this year than next forsure.

Perseverance is the name of the route, I think it goes at 10c A2, Brendan Cussik and Alan Kearney...great guys.

Alan is a pretty visionary climber in my opinon and he's a nice guy to boot, I got to guide with him in the cascades in the early 2000's and we climbed in Jtree and Red Rock. This year I went down to Patagonia and got shut down completely, but just imagining what it was like when he was pioneering alpine-style ascents down there had my mind spinning.
