There is more than that, to be sure, but I'm going to wait for a reply before I say more.

4a, yeah, that's kind of a big deal, as it may shed a lot of light and understanding on other areas of discussion.

I want to hear their side of it first, as I want to be very fair on this. It could help them understand the level of scrutiny/persecution.

I fear that if I say anything first it could set a bad tone, and things are going so well for a change.

yup! and that's cool , as evidenced by 5.n, the sabbath thing. A lot of us seem to have a different idea about what is appropriate on our holy days, hours, times. Good to consider this before calling 'sloth', or 'blashpemer'.
I take my own cues on this from the actions of Hipsot Percussion, in Rick o'shay, an active, reverent meditation, but it's not for everyone.
