I just got home from the creek. there will knot be snow. it was warming up.
Heidi Wertz asked Mal if he would cook for her for a camp she was running. He called me up and asked if I was interested. We did three full days of meals. Sushi Saturday night. Anniversary of SushiFest IV:XX '07
great group.
Weirdest part was last night when Mal was making dinner and I was on the other side of the bar. He kicked me out of my own kitchen. Weird seeing it from the "other side".

I was hoping to attend, but the last week has been crazy. Our landlord listed our rented house for sale on Sat, took an offer at full price on Sun, leaving us with 30 days to vacate. I looked at some places yesterday down in Boulder, sent my wife to look at my favorite today, and now we need to pack and move in for May 15. My weekends are toast until mid-May.
Isn't there another scheduled Sushi Fest later in the year? Hopefully...

^^^^^ Yeah, it's like that up here in the "mountains" above Boulder. Friggin crazy what people are willing to pay for too large of a house with generally questionable construction.

It should be a snap, we are quite mobile now since paring down and fleeing New England.

There's a guy from Flagstaff heading up early next week. Should be there Monday night or tuesday so he'll let me know how the crossing is as well as if we get the spot.
I've converted the sushi tents to 12v - supplied from the solar on my trailer. So I need it parked close.
