Endgame went up in the 90s and isn't going to be examined this time around.

The Granitica Festival is devoted to Arizona climbing history and moves to a new area and time period for discussion every other year. The first Festival in October of 2012 was devoted to the early history of Prescott College and climbing at Granite Mountain in the 1960s and 70s.

If anyone out there has repeated The Uncarved Block, The Sound of One Hand Thrashing (aka Coming to Grips), Lumpy Unmentionables and/or Sensory Desuetude and has photos from the ascent please contact me as I am trying to marshall any image support that I can for discussion of these routes.

I don't think Lumpy Unmentionables has been repeated and the same may go for Sensory Desuetude but I have to ask.

Contact Geir Hundal. He and others have done all of those (except Lumpy) in the last couple of years. Photos and commentary on mountainproject.com:

Really looking forward to this event. Any chance of some stories about the epic attempts on Leviathan Dome in the '70s?

The few tickets for this event initially had a typo with the wrong dates on them.

Ryan Blue, Bob Hutchins and J Brodsky- You folks got these tickets early so please make sure that you know that the correct dates are Saturday and Sunday March 15 & 16, 6-10pm. Your tickets are still good for admission, I just wanted to avoid any problems with timing.

Cheers!
