"Perfect weather around the corner, guaranteed."
Mucci you're right. Wednesday through Saturday is a nice sun window with highs in the 60's.

Any news on The Plaidman on Zodiac. I've been following him on Facebook for a week but last report I got was he was hunkered down nice and warm on his ledge.(top of 6?)
So hope he doesn't bail.

Good to hear he's hanging in, as he was prepared and had water for 11 days, maybe he's been able to capture some of the runoff too. I once saw that dude stay on a new route for hours in near freezing rain. His lips were blue when he got down. He marched back up and soloed it (everyone else was working) ground up (no other options avail.) on gear as soon it dried off.

10-30-13, @ 2:00 pm. from "my spot."
After the deluge.
Local rancher at The Tap Room Monday: "I'd say it wet the pine needles and not the ground out there, by the looks. We won't get much grass from this one."
It was a bit heavier, my friend.

I went to the Valley to spend time with the Valley. Seemed a way appropriate thing to do after the Oakdale Climbers Fest.

Sunday night we took a hike with no headlamps allowed. Saw a light on Washingtons Column a little over half way up, right before the storm hit. Hope they sended or bailed in time.
