I forget when exactly seven or eight years ago, I was bivyed out off of the Boy Scout Trail in Joshua Tree when the Crescent Moon Venus and Jupiter were all lined up and were especially close to the earth. it was pretty incredible. it almost looked like it wasn't real.

Wish you could see it Tami. A really bright crescent moon and venus visible down here. Santa ana winds blew the smog out.
