Notice how flat it was around there? If this guy only had some rocks to climb.

Reckless, dangerous behavior defined me when I was that kids age.

He's pretty damn strong and confident though. He makes what he's doing look casual.

Badass in a hope he doesn't die sort of way.

> Sure hated that soundtrack. It fit like a spawning salmon wearing a mink coat.

Hey, Spawning Salmon Wearing a Wink Coat is one of my favorite hip hop artists.

Totally agree!!!

> except for that putrid rap music.

35 years ago, some geezer was complaining about that "putrid rock n' roll music" pounding out of some boom box.

Wait a minute, that geezer was my grandfather! He was the general manager (a volunteer position) of the Chatham Athletics, part of the Cape Cod League (a summer league for college players with eligibility). Somehow, I ended up as batboy as a young teen. Hmmm... During batting practice, when the stands were practically empty, the players would pop a tape into the cassette player in the announcer's booth. One day, it was the Beach Boys...pretty laid back and mellow. Next thing I know gramps and the other geezer contingent were all having a huff and puff conference about this "damned acid rock." From then on we had to endure Sousa marching music.

Fun fact: Tchaikovsky was known to have referred to Sousa's work as that "putrid marching music." I am not making that up. Really.

I am sure that the kid on the crane, assuming he makes it 35 years into the future, will have a good chance of complaining about that "putrid [insert music of current day teenagers plus a few years here] music". But he will love their videos (which you'll be able to watch by plugging into one another's iMatrix™).

Hee hee.
