So who is gonna be the first knucklehead to rap off it into a waiting kayak and what's the prize?

I thought you were supposed to rap off of a 75' fixed static line in a kayak, then throw your BASE chute.

It's been done on that bridge in Auburn...I've seen the footage.

The prize would be being as cool as Miles.
