Chaz, that's the same LH that got moved inland due to cliff collapse, right?

This one's been here since day 1. I remember reading about one on the east coast that was moved. A huge lighthouse. Twice as tall as anything on the west coast.

This is about the high water mark of decay, before they began its extensive restoration.





Hey chaz that's pretty cool, lighthouse restoration.

I recently saw a totally cool Huel Howser rerun about looking for this particular lighthouse lens somewhere down SoCal way.

Ah, Pt. Fermin lighthouse lens... perhaps you have seen this bit. Classic southern California vibe to this one.

Thanks, Mr Milktoast. I hadn't seen that one, and I don't know how I missed it.

I've been there a couple times, and struck out. There's a cool old-timey bar right across the street from that lighthouse. Great place to hang out and wait for the wind.

Pretty damn smart IMHO.
