Why is it that women (generalization) lack the ability to deliver information with tact? Somehow it usually comes out catty. Why is that?

hehehehe, I guess it's cause you don't hear what our brains are ACTUALLY saying before we vocalize....HA!
Or perhaps it's because 'we' think you need a the verbal version of a towel snap to get you to actual listen, instead of trying to figure out what kind of underwear we are wearing that day...HAHAHA.
But as I've learned, a body's gotta be careful with using such techniques, some people don't respond too well to that kind of thing.. ;)
Sounds like the old adage remains true: The best place to be during a fight, somewhere else!

My kinda climbers !! I only took my girl "down the rope"; her own words. Screaming was directed at me only. No dogs were spotted. Other parties steered a really generous parabola about our axis.

It is like trying to reason with a suicide bomber, a Westboro Baptist church member, a flat earth believer, or a conspiracy theorist.
That reminds of a lot of jokes, but if I repeated any of them, I would instantly alienate a vital demographic.
In the good old days of insolvency law (i.e., when I was still practicing), the IRS bankruptcy group was intelligent and helpful. The California Employment Development Department (the "EDD"), in contrast, tried to make themselves the insolvent taxpayers worst nightmare. Not surprisingly, the IRS did a better job of getting paid.
The joke was: "What's the difference between the EDD and a terrorist? A: you can reason with the terrorist."

Don't let someone else put your life and well-being at risk by opening their mouth at your expense.
She spoke up because she was right and blind to the consequence.
She also had a guy with her who was 6'3 205. That creates a sense of impunity.
Lots of dead people out there who suffered because of someone else's mouth.
