It is kind of funny when you mention happiness how many people can get really sarcastic and cynical.

Enjoy it while it is there, it will go and come again.

Being sarcastic and cynical is what brings me happiness.
Seriously.

WB, why would one who has experienced satori care to continue samsara by cooking to eat and drinking to live?

Started reading the books Full Catastrophe Living and Awakening Joy this afternoon.

Seems like it all comes down to or at least back around to breathing....

Last week I completed an eight week MBSR course, which is the one described in Jon Kabat-Zinn's book (Full Catastrophe Living). Prior to this I'd never (deliberately) practiced meditation. There were about twenty of us in the class and we're unanimous regarding the impact it had ... life transforming and mind blowing!

Wassial Wayne !

For that bottle of Schiopetto that was proffered and accepted while dropping off Big Mike and Kale his friend.

That was a random act of kindness and I want to say... Thanks !

Breathing in and out which one of my friends is no longer doing.

I need to embrace the day, throw away anxiety and worry, and live while I'm still breathing.

Lynne is right. It used to be hanging outside, playing with friends. Now? Breathing is good enough for me! Walking is even sweeter!!

Instead of "happiness" I tend to focus on contentment....then happiness seems to pop in rather frequently.
