What, just one leg? Friend of mine just did that from 11 feet up on a ladder... as in his feet were 11 feet off the ground...
Broken bones in both feet, including right heel snapped in two, plus soft tissue damage to foot and a knee.
Still, way to not land on yer head. As for me... never, never, never without a rope.

this whole "breath" sh#t did him in

its generally a bad idea
folks got to learn to hold their breath while their climbing
that is if the dont want to fall and get hurt

Welcome to the era of the modern day climber. Herds of idiots who have no interest in taking the time to learn their craft. They just want to "crank dude".

No route finding skills, no assessment skills etc.

The first thing I noticed on that rock is that it appears to have a lot of either lichen or moss on it.

No sympathy from me.
