Couchmaster, thanks for the link. It's going to be used on El Cap, though I have a bivy sack, I'd like the peace of mind a fly would bring.

If I was going for less than five days, and the forecast looked stellar (the five day forecast HAS changed on me, three of the last 7 times up El Cap from clear and sunny to 40-60% chance of rain and then it did in fact rain) I'd go with just a bivy sac and no rain fly. If it dumps rain though, you'll be miserable.

Thanks, I'm not sure if the NF fly will work. Do you have demensions? They made a few.
