Here's my favorite cam removal tool, although it's too heavy to bring along all the time:

After removing sling from cam lobes, and applying the ultimate tool (tire iron) - all lobes moving after 5 minutes!
After another 5 minutes, I had manuvered it through a path to freedom.

I've noted over the years that poor climbers have a much higher success rate with stuck-cam-removal.

At either end of the social spectrum there is ample time for stuck cam removal :-)

My partners will tell you - spend too much time dicking around with that fixed pro and you just may find me simul-climbing RIGHT UP YOUR ASS!

Sad but true.
Lots of ways to have fun out there, even for folks quite a bit past their prime. :-)

Good tips, but the cam isn't even stuck!

The crack was too big for any of the gear I brought so once I got past the point of no return I did a blind placement around a corner way in the back and pushed it a little too far. All you need is a 7 ft wingspan or a tiny torso to squeeze in there.

I would have fallen but my tape gloves gave me super powers

Good climb though. Did it a few times, liked to link it to Mid Size White Boys.

Omg, I love stuck pro. It's like an easter egg hunt you didn't know you were on. Like walking at the base of convenience crags on a Sunday night.

Ha!

And ya, we had a great day up there! I found an old nut so at least I came home with the same number of items

Good climb though. Did it a few times, liked to link it to Mid Size White Boys.

I've been wanting to get on that, but the old button heads and rusty home-made hangers have kept me at bay

According to Banquo tests, those buttonheads are stronger than one might think. I think.....

Since it's out of reach instead of stuck/locked cam lobes,
all somebody needs is a reaching type tool:

http://sonoranclimbinggear.com/
(or a "Friend of a Friend" if it's just slightly out of reach).

Beware, bad taping or non-taping may lead to this result (poorly developed crack climbing skills):
