Another year gone by and John's memory lives on in so many of our hearts and minds. You will never be forgotten, Dude. The stories have been passed down to the next two generations, at least in my family. Peace to Tyrus above all and to John's extended family along with the ones that loved him and all his climbing mates.

When you're in Yosemite it's still hard to believe when you turn around Bachar's VW bus is no longer there with his hip-hop music blaring. It just seems like yesterday when we were all there. So let's always remember our friends that have passed before us. Especially this special day and John.
