They bother me.

Stop telling me how the universe is beaming it's cosmic love on me.

I grow my own food when its the right season and live a simple life. I do right by others.

Stifle your preaching, some of us walk the walk and don't say a word about it.

Oh that is classic

I gag if I smell it now...I have to avoid the sections of the "natural food stores" where they have all the oils and candles etc....patchouli seems to just float over and grab me.....ick ick ick
And yet, yes, I am a work in progress from BITD hippiedom.

Don't get me wrong, I've lived what some would call a hippie lifestyle since I've been born.

Living a positive life, eating healthy, looking out for the environment, yeah.

I don't preach it or try to influence others into my way of thinking though.

Me too! One whiff and I'm instantly whisked off to another time and place. I wonder what happened to that girl.....

I wonder what happened to that girl.....
She lives in Santa Cruz or Berkeley, has graying hair down her back, wears hemp home dyed clothing, uses small reading glasses to check for the prescence of GMO on food labels and makes sure she only buys things that are labeled "sustainable", makes her own granola and eats Scottish oatmeal. Just a thought...

Yep. It's the counter-productive lifestyle of 'takers' who feed off the productive class. They preach bullshit platitudes of 'freedom for all', while they suck off the gov't teet. They get high and come up with amazingly bullshit versions of how their plan for the world is AWESOME.

But they fail to use logic, they use emotion to guide them. A wise man uses logic first, and then checks it against his moral standards.

Morality though, that's a whole 'nuther thread.

Liberalism is self-destructive, and a logical mental disorder
