Well, Central Tower: one, Moser-Ness:zero. We established 12 fantastic free climbing pitches over five days. By the end of day five the ceiling and clouds dropped! We hunkered down in the 6x3foot portaledge for eight days to wait the storm. It felt as if it was never going to end. Days and days of snow flurries and torrential winds beat us back.We tossed the bags and bailed.

There are more photos here and more story to come. We head back in for the South Tower in a day or so, for our last ditch effort to see another summit before heading home.

Also everything I have been reading from the "sends" going down on the Big Stones back home and around the world by the Monkeys, as well as the support from one Monkey to the other has been an absolutely awesome read! Rad! And keep the love for one another alive!

Ciao Amigos!

Ahhh, good to see you two are still alive. That central tower looks like a beast!! Good freaking luck on the south tower - hoping you'll send.

Let's hang when you get back to the states! Be safe...

Love your pictures and blog reports, Myles and Amy! A real escape for those of us chained to soul-sucking day jobs.

Hope you don't mind but I took the liberty of rotating some of your pictures.

Carry on!

RAD TFPU and WFT letting the tower win....try harder next time...just kidding...sounds like you did everything you could...and that is a victory too! I regret when I've retreated knowing I could have done more. BAD ASS thanks for the stoke.

Fun, heh heh....

Reminds me of a few ultra "fun" spots I've been in.

Best of luck on the next round! Remember, keep your hands up high, stay on your toes, MOVE MOVE MOVE, work the jab, and then BLAM! Put out the lights!
