Locker truly cares for his friend like many of us here. What a great place we have with all these concerned people. Billy is on a tough road right now and the more positive energy .... (and money) we can send his way can only help.

Hope the first round went well and that you are doing well
It is going to get worse as each treatment goes by and your mind fights with the shock your body is receiving.
There will be people scrambling to help and make things as best as they can be considering the circumstances.

Steve and I visited the Bloot out at Casa Pescado today. We watched the El Cap movie. Pretty sweet. Glad they restored it.
He's really happy to be there and be out of the hospital but has 5 straight days of radiation this week. Paul is there to take him to his appointments. He's a huge help to Billy, as are Russ, Sooze, and LeighAnn.
PS he got a sweet new haircut courtesy of LeighAnn yesterday.
PPS he's not following the infighting on this thread thank goodness. He's got much bigger tasks at hand. But he does acknowledge he's had a lot of calls from well wishers he's missed but hasn't gotten back to. He knows you called and is grateful for the thoughts.

Had a good time with Blitzo tonight.
The infection from his surgery site is still draining.
Here's a pic of Mike fixing him up yesterday that I forgot to post.
He has a good days and bad days but way more good days now that he's
Out of that hospital.
Today was a pretty good day and he had a nice visit with some friends this afternoon as well.

Thanks LeighAnn for posting the positive. That's all Billy needs right now.
He has radiation treatments M-F the next 3 weeks down at Arrowhead RMC. He has a long road ahead but the love of his friends will give him strength. Not infighting. If you are able to help with expenses, it will go towards the long drives from JT to Colton and back every day gas wise. If you can't help with that, just send him a card or an e-mail. If you're in JT on weekends (when he's not getting radiation) go by and visit if he's up for it.
His well being is all any of us really care about. Do whatever you can. He's a very special person to so many of us.

Well, I'll give another shout out to the day to day caregivers, and send more good vibes Blitzo's way. I agree it's time to give the stupid bickering a rest, as entertaining as it is.
Billy looks good with the beard BTW ^^^;)
As a side comment.. I'm assuming Billy is relying on Medicare.. so posting dollar amounts for donations may not be a great idea. If some official busy body caught wind and had proof of any income over a (rather paltry) dollar amount.. he could conceivably lose what little medical coverage he has. Just sayin.

On my way to get Billy for radiation. I'm giving our young warrior,Paul the day off.
One thing we could use is t-shirts.. Blitzo was a stick figure leaving the hospital so I bought him size medium cotton undershirts from Walmart. He needs LARGE now! Finally putting some meat back on his bones. This is a great sign. It's amazing how much stress is relieved from a patient when they get out of "prison".
If you are swinging by Walmart, grab a pack of undershirts and mail to Russ and Sooze.
They have basic white...but he seems to like the dark blue
