If you don't own Celebration Day yet, drop everything (babies, pudding, enriched uranium) and go buy it. Trust me on this.

I was fortunate enough to actually be at this show in my hometown:

rwedgee, glad you had fun up there and no problem! :)

C Taylor is awesome, he has some songs with slipknot that reminds me of Stone Sour too. If you liked Stone Sour you should check out these:

Now, live performances. Queen - 'The Show Must Go On' is one of my favorite songs ever. Very powerful.

I saw Jethro Tull in 1977

No opening band

JT played for FOUR HOURS

I was actually bummed, 'cause they played for so long that we ran out of weed

Best live performance I've ever seen was Esa-Pekka Salononen, the LA Phil and LA Master Chorale do Ligeti's Clocks and Clouds. It was mesmerizing. It was psychedelic, really. Second place goes to Blue Oyster Cult.

Actually, now that I think about it....

Does anyone remember the punk band The Young Adults from Providence, Rhode Island, from the 1970s?

You know....

Complex World
A Power Tool is not a Toy
Christmas in Springtime in Japan
etc.

They did a soundtrack for a movie...
