Happy Birthday, Jorge!!!! It has been a VERY long time since we last saw each other and longer still since we last roped up, but I still well remember those winter adventures on Mt. Washington and Cannon. It is great that you are still going for it. Alan

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Urioste once up at Brownstone Wall. My sister and I had just got off Nightcrawler as he and his party were finishing a new climb they had put up. Got to walk out with him as he told us about their FA of Nightcrawler, named so bc they bivied on top of the pillar before completing the last pitch. It was a real treat. The man's as surefooted as a billy goat, I was stumbling trying to keep up.

A true living legend. Happy Birthday, Sir!

When I lived briefly in Vegas with Lynn Hill George and Joanne were always the most gracious and generous people in town and I'll always be grateful for their friendship. Happy everything, caballero.

They got the link and were most appreciative. Largo, you should get in touch with Joanne, you're both ankle gimping and it sounds like she'd like to touch base again.
