I've already been lifting weights, doing push ups and pull ups. I don't think I'll be doing any campus boarding soon though.

Hard men like you dont fear stitch removal.

harden up and pull those out yourself you are Mark Hugedong and you are a badass.

WTF is going on here? Winter making people soft and Crazy.

Give yourself a coffee enema and have two shots of whiskey and pull those things out.

This is going to be a great climbing year for me!

glad it's the pinky and not the ring finger. pinkies are useless anyway. plus now you'll have a sexy scar.

stitches aside, that photo shows why you became a climber and not a concert pianist.

Mark, I kinda missed all this but the subject of fingers is vaguely interesting, except when they are chopped.

Then it becomes intensely interesting and this just happened to two kids at once. Apparently they had their fingers wrapped up in the rope when it snapped.

Like it says in the photo of this link, Get Well Soon.

Boy, Zion, huh. Good luck with the recovery.

Glad to hear you're healing up Mark. That's going to leave a ...mark...he. sorry.

Would like to meet up with you when you come to Zion, will be happy to give you a hand hauling kit. I'm guessing you're going to go for the Buttress all free?

Talk to ya soon!

Vegas, no, Skot Richards and I are hoping hoping Desert Shield and then spend a day free climbing. Moonlight is on the list but not this trip, I'm not a .12d climber yet.

That is just a sick photo. My knee scar is just plain frankensteing evil. As said previously, staples rule.

I've had to suture myself. Anyone tried that? It was really poor work, but it worked.

I think it's going to hurt getting the stitches out.

No way man. Getting stitches pulled out is one of those cool tactile sensations. I don't like getting stitches, but I always insist on removing them myself.

Call me strange, but I love the feeling.

People pay to get their stitches removed???? Really?????

Snip and pull people.... Snip and pull...

You're not getting soft are ya!?!?!?!

Suggestion, pull on the knot end after snipping. I've pulled a few knots through the flesh and it sorta hurts a little.
