Thanks Reilly. You're right, that moose was in a most unpleasant mood. Here is a short vid Of him freaking out. https://www.flickr.com/photos/65037107@N07/15098639209/

That is a Foxy fox you've got there.

For obvious reasons I named this pretty bear Silver. Three years ago, when she was a COY, her coat was all cream colored. Only white grizzly I've ever seen. During her second year she developed the darker colors she has now.

Wow, nice sow, Chewy! "My, what big brown eyes you have!"
You using a 400?

The vid was great, too. How come you didn't offer to groom him?

Nice shot, MH2!

And fall's in the air, judging by the last two.

If my image collection is ever catalogued it will include Resin Drop #6,437.

Also, Leaf #12, 896.

It would be hard to get anywhere if I were not training for the hiking + photography biathlon.

MH2, I couldn't believe my luck when the sunlight hit the bears eye. That was a morning that I'll remember for many years. I love the resin/doggie photo. I tried that with a water drop and failed miserably. One of these days....

Reilly, I'm still using my kit lens, a 55-300mm. In early August I ordered Tamron's new 150-600 (I'm going stir-crazy waiting for it to arrive). Should make my girlfriend happy, she gives me a dirty look whenever she sees these closeup bear/moose shots.

Only a 300, Chewy? Damn! Tell me that shot was cropped or I'm gonna order
