Bleak Decembbr's gone.

Let alone Wally or Ward
Or June, on the sward,
Beaver mowing the lawn
With Tony Dow looking on?
The appearances here of their spirits there
Make us tear out our hair and incline me to share
Just what it was like when me, Lenna, and Mike,
When we eqch made that school-wards-y hike
From home to our school, a parochial tool,
And we waded the creek to get back home
In time to set this rhyme to poem,
Not knowin' that folks in the future might owe 'em
For the stories which we tell
And so forth and so on.
I played JV baseball,
Aced Latin, and that's all!

Got to meet and hang out with Mouse a bit at the Oakdale Festival last Fall. Cool guy, always up and game for providing a good quip or story. He was great for getting good shots of the dignitaries there. Didn't have the chance, but seems like he'd be a fun guy to get outside and end the day around a campfire.

again, too, mouse if our 'man on the street' for merced...
photo wise, wow, he keeps us update on this
seemingly little town, though speical to us all, as:
so many of us know it, from our travels to yosemite...
:)
thank you mouse, for all the neat finds, photo shares, trinkets, magazine articles, clips, etc, and FOOD shares, over these years...
you add to the taco quilt in many unique ways...
you are greatly appreciated!!!

Pre-empting to say tomorrow's my and Bob Dylan's birthday.
Could not care less.
I don't live to get older.
I live to help when I can (in spite of how Dwain might think)
and to be nice to people because it's how we are supposed to live.
This means: don't waste the valuable Taco front page space on
birthday wishes for someone who could care less.
