Yes, the routine is daily, usually the morning. If you have any sinus business going on (from a cold, for example) I skip it.

Interesting Fletcher. I only use mine when I have sinus issues, cut lumber, or grind steel. Usually clears everything up in 1 or 2 sessions.

I've been using one for years, salt & baking soda. Works for me. I suffer sinus infections and using the neti has cut the number of infections down quite a bit.
The one thing I've learned is not to do it too close to nap time. Getting horizontal too soon doesn't allow for gravity to play its role.
People snort all kinds of cosmic dust and live through it; and ironically two people in Louisiana are trying to do some holistic stuff and die. Strange.
