OK! Excellent, JL. Try working up to a front lever!

Seriously, miss your pithy and articulate posts, your turn of phrase and your humor . . . they make even the most dreadful thread a pleasure to follow.

Most Excellent. The Vitamin D from the sun exposure can only help the healing process.
Doing good Mr. Largo.
And you no doubt appreciate being surrounded by good friends. That works even better than the Vit. D.
Companionship, the most essential nutrient.

Turns out, those heavy hospital wheelchairs are much easier to control wheelies with. I got pretty good at it when I got hit by that rock that Collins pulled off the Diving Board.

When Warren McDonald let me try his ultralight high performance chair it was really squirrely and tippy.

But you might want to heal up a little more before you go tearing around on 2 wheels there John, since there is a learning curve that likely includes a wipe out or three.

Ouch!

John was released from the hospital on Thursday after 5 weeks there. He's at home and resting now and will rehab his leg back like the mofo he is. He's spry and well.
