I just talked to Lynne Leichtfuss, and we were thinking about putting together a little Climbing meetup at Big Rock, Perris Lake on
the 17th or 18th of November.
I get out of my sling around the 15th and I'm up to do a bit of easy slab climbing and BR would be a perfect place.

Lynne and I are trying to get Ron Gomez and maybe Neversummer who lives near there, but any STer is WELCOME!!!
It's a good place for a PICNIC and CLIMBING.

Was just there Sunday. It was amazingly empty, just a few climbers. That rock is getting slicker all the time. It was a beautiful day.
I always have fun out there. No sign of that big rattler that's been hanging out by the tables lately, though.
Did see the Riverside County sheriff.

Is it still as spoogie as it was then? If memory serves that place was so greasy. The trough was so greasy the .9s and.10s were easier, or at least more secure.

The batman rappell posted earlier. Those boltz were so bad. Spinners and rotters. 3/16" x 1.5"; never trusted them.

OMG, so many friends coming. What great fun we will have.
Just got home from crazy day at work. Yo all made my day. Talked to Cosmic and it's the 18th for sure. Mr. G Davis hopefully will create the work schedule to let lynnie OFF on the 18th.
Can't call in sic cause my boss man is coming to climb :D
Out of Towners are welcome to stay here at the Casa that weekend. Just let me know right away so I can make arrangements here. You'll have to camp out...we have an avocado grove and 2 1/2 acres....it will be fun.
