Yup that is right. A Classic car thread.
I saw this gem for sale last month as i drove to Camp LeJeune, NC.
Wish i had the scratch to buy it...It would look sweet next to my restored 1968 Ford Bronco...
1968
And then to get me really worked up, check out the restored 1966 convertible Mustang that was right next to the Camaro...

My brother just brought a brand new bitchin Camaro RS, white with orange stripes and black and orange interior, and he loves it! Funny thing, relative to your OP is that he also owns a fully restored old Mustang.
He cracked me up with the story of how he came to buy the Camero: he lives in the DC area and has a hellish commute to work everyday. Needed a new car and thought maybe he should get something fuel efficient and practical. Was seriously considering a honda Fit, since I love mine, but when his wife hear about this she just rolled her eyes and said "get something you're going to really love to drive".
It's a good choice for him. No WAY can I imagine my brother driving a Fit!

my first car was a 1963 Chevy II. that car was awesome! My parents had a 67 Camaro RS they had since 1974 until 2003. they asked me if it was ok to sell it (since it was stripped down in the perpetual state of restoration since 1983/4). I wish I could have bought the thing and finished the restoration. ohwell. it went to a good home!

I wanna go back in time, to when "Bitchin' Camaro" by the Dead Milkmen was a song that thundered in the college bars.
