Yeah. . . really creepy. . . I've watched it many times, following each course and that thing really looks like it's playing each course. . . LOVE the tune. . . but those weirdass little fingers. . . whoa. . . I'm friends with the gal who built this:

And it's weird enough. . . but to add all those other courses with their creepy little fingers. . . well. . . .

Pat Metheny is incredible. I've played some of Bob Curnow's arrangements of Metheny for big band jazz and they are great.

Before that one headstock was removed, the guitar had to be on a stand and he walked up behind it to play it. . .

DooHoods. . . I've been watching/listening to this on the MacDaddy (MacBook Pro) and it was cool. . . but I just hooked it up to the BigMac (rad speakers and Cinema Display)

There is an amazing guitar/caliope in Boulder City NV.
I find it fascinating, but it sounds very mechanical and has very robotic phrasing.

That Guitar/instrument in (to me) phenomenally humane sounding !

Yeah, that is kinda cool. Had to pick up the black Ibanez and play along.

But why does the moon in the window keep appearing in different phases?

Whoa. . . and I pride myself in being an astute observer. . . I NEVER even noticed the window, let alone the moon and its ever changing phases. Guess I was way too involved in watching those creepy little fingers and the notes they're playing.

GOOD ONE.

OK. . . why does it do that?

I have this wonderful 1960s book "how to be a rock and roll band", wherein a central requisite instrument is assumed to be the autoharp. Standards to work up include Walk Away Renee and Bus Stop.
