Jaybro, your mother appears to be much younger then her years... your photo, and the generations represented make me so happy....
My mother passed on quite young, as did my grandmother, and auntie... The powerful, honest women in my life have guided me, silently, over the years...
The little girl in this photo my brother made is my niece, Elena.... I love her.

I started this thread on the heels of a horrific experience in July, which I have learned is not an isolated "incident"....I have pressed criminal charges and taken control of the situation ... proudly.
The amazing people in my life have been loyal, honest, true, and never gave up on me and my endless strength... true friendships and true love. And to new friends that make my heart THUMP... thank you. {{smiles}}
Nearly 2 months later, I realize again how wonderfully blessed I am ... Free, dancing, singing, loving, a mother to an amazing young man, strong instincts that saved my life and heart a year ago, the ability to physically move over stone, an appreciation for Life every damn day, living in the Moment, letting go of those who lied, broke promises, gave up, and had no faith in me and my resilience... I'm a survivor, and happy to allow only good people in my life.

And now, two months later, I am happier then I have ever been .... Love surrounds us all... open yourself to it and appreciate the sunrise at the start of the day, and the setting sun at the end of the day.
To the future, which is unknown...
