It's silly how much I love to climb trees. And I'm not even that good at it. (heh)

A storm is forming... excellent.
I love weather. Esp rain and wind..
Sometimes, when I'm out in weather, I just record the sounds and light.

I hope you are safe.

Someday... someday... someday... I swear!

I am going to fall from a tree and land in a bevy of desert women.

:-)

DMT

ps. leggs I broke my first bone, falling from a tree.

HA!!! (you wish!!!)

Promises promises. It looks like I'll have to go back to California and pay YOU a visit! :)

I almost broke my back climbing up a tree during the Blue Moon over the summer... THAT was scary. No problem getting up it, barefoot... and NO problem falling right out of it. The bruise on my butt was ridiculous.

Just when I think BIRDS are magic I think of trees. . . and. . . well. . .

And, you, my dear leggies. . . and A FULL BLOWN NUTJOB!

:-)

I agree with everything you said, KATH... 100%!!!

(I love me a great tree!)

When I was just a tot, I'd head up the longleaf pines, up to where the branches were, and look down upon the house and woods. When the breeze would blow the tree would sway, and make for a pretty exciting time in the crow's nest.

Beautiful imagery, Crock ... so peaceful.

I have always been drawn to trees...always. And the wind.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful thoughts.

Picnic in a tree... I'm FOR IT. Just need someone to climb up the tree with me!

We'll have to pick the right tree for that picnic. Especially if word gets out and there's a crowd.

Haha! Can I get an AMEN!!??

You're awesome, Crock. :)

(and yes, that photo shoot was awesome... and of course it was my idea to climb the tree) {smiles}

Oh Larry, were you jumping again and get hung up? Which area? Gemini? I'm holdin' you to the promise of teachin' me how to do that jumpin' and flyin' stuff....I'm aiming for the Tombstone thingy....maybe it'll be my tombstone. Jump down then pedal out to Hurrah Pass or Amasa Back. Yeah, dreams of living large for this old gal!

Hope to be back out that way soon

Susan... nice photo!

Treez ... I Enjoy your Name. And "Chillkoot River" seems enchanting.

Jim... I LOVE Banff. Love it. When mom was still alive all my family did was travel by truck/camper up and down the Pacific NW, into Canada. One year in Banff, my brother got lost, and we were terrified he would become victim of a bear in the area. As we searched for him, my mother freaking out more and more by the moment, we found him happily eating dinner with another family far from our campsite. (despite the fear, a very fond memory)

The photo you captured has me in awe. Thank you again for sharing. :)

Psilocyborg ~ Where was your photo taken? Kind of reminds me of Mt. Shasta.
