Silver ... it was quite an epic drop from the tree ... My girls seriously thought I broke my back, or my rear end.
Would I do it again? Hell yes, sans the falling. :)
Edit: Silver, I've also been known to play in construction sites... but only because I was dared, twice, to scale the fence(s).

Legendary day here in the Great Valley, leggs. Blue skies, brisk, no smog no fog; glorious. Sun is slowing sinking in the west, the brilliant Promised Land (San Francisco :-))...
Headed up to go climbing tomorrow. High passes are closed, low snow, but that just means its low-country time. Less granite, more sport climbing and lots of coast range hiking in the rain. Gonna crank on some latite tomorrow lol. (makes me laugh truly outloud to say that)

It is beautiful, Kath... so very serene.
A dear co-worker, amazing lady and friend of mine shared this with me when my Aunt passed of cancer.
At the time I wasn't ready... nearly a year later, I am. I am able to embrace her passing with peace, which is a blessing.
I wish the same for Ian's family, friends and supporters ... Positive thoughts and energy to all.
Thank you Kath for this beautiful contribution. You are a class act, my friend.

Ohhhh my goodness, how AWESOME it would have been to see Ms. D in action, and on a theater stage no less! I am willing to bet the production was still amazing, yes?!
Still thinking abou the H&M $40 peacoat I should have bought... I'm drooling... Must.Get.To.H&M. (It's my "go-to" place for all work clothes... that, and the Goodwill!) (I do love me some thrift shopping!)

Last of thread drift, promise...just that body art fascinates me. Last year my son (20 y.o) came home on break and lifted his shirt and I went WTF......... his Dad and I immortalized in ink! His Dad is Michael, but not the Michael I am with now. I was worried that his tuition money had been blown...
Now back to regularly scheduled programming....
