My father, who is a trad climber, cracks me up...
He just viewed a climbing video of me on FB and left the following comment:
"Nice climbing... no rope. BE CAREFUL!"
I told him, "No worries, Dad. I only fall out of trees."

WHOA... trip out... 1990
HS trip to The Valley to be camp counselors for a week...
We took a day and hiked Wawona Dome, in snow that was thigh deep... and it was awesome.
We took a day to go cross country skiing, and I ended up hurting a guy with my ski pole when he skied RIGHT up into my sh#t... (Sorry dude, watch where you're going.)

I was asked by a friend, who is horribly out of shape, to assist him in improving his health, and get him off a bar stool.
My idea? Let's go hiking... at 9,000 feet.
He told me to bring a shovel. I told him he could do it, and to Shut His FACE...
Waiting for the boys to arrive... Jeff was "tired" by the time he got to my house... I cheered him up with my endless smile and early morning energy! Poor guy...
Whenever I attempted to take his photo, he'd lay down on the trail as though he were dead... This was the best photo I could get of him being "active" ...
I must say, my friend did VERY well, is ready to go again, and texted me last night that he wants to stop drinking (so much)... I'll get him there!

Just got done doing some massive yard work with Kev... feels so GOOD.

Sh#t, I'm in heaven... and so very passionate about so many other things in Life then just climbing... SORRY! I live a very balanced life which includes a variety of adventures ... living a fulfilling Life....In the first row with truly positive, honest individuals.
Balance... it's a choice ... A choice I'm happy I've made for myself.
