To the OP, tough question.

My friend Jeanna is five four(ish), maybe a hundred pounds and skibbles up things like its nothing.

She finds small holds and creative moves where I end up thugging my way through.

Maybe this is a topic for another thread; male mind and female mind in climbing. Compare and contrast.

Not just male/female mind. Many times I tried to give beta to a woman I was climbing with and she just placed her foot next to her shoulder and stood up! Oh, that flexibility thing was always so frustrating, and my downfall. I know, I should have worked harder on it, yoga or something. Still, I think those female hips flex a lot better than ours - Vive' la difference!!!
