I can not find a landscaper who will return my call and save my hubby's DIY landscape project. My "water feature" is a breeding ground for mosquitos! I will soon have a third world problem and need to take anti-malaira pills.

No "Crema" on my espresso.

Just aquired this good quality machine.

Seemed to work good, but... no crema.

I want crema.

Help?

Distraught.

Net Neutrality.

Then again, loss of net neutrality can lead to third world problems.

sac: I always get crema when I use Lavazza Crema e Gusto

My major pain today is figuring out where to put my Concept 2 rower so that it does not clash with my Persian carpet in my living room. Oh woe is me!

Went to bed at 11:30pm Friday.
Spent Saturday from 2am to 8pm taking care of a barfing two-year-old.
Got the go-ahead to climb with the boys Sunday. Drove hours to the currently favored desert crag. Parked. Got out. Got the call from the fiance: kid's ok, but she's sick and needs me home ASAP, panic intoned. Broke a few speed laws and common sense limits to get home. Spent the rest of sunday playing nurse-maid, laundry technician, and janitor. Ya see, the kids weren't all quite better, they both have the squirts, along with their mother, and in mom's state of affairs she did not notice the blown-out diaper get sat upon around the living room.
Scrub. Bleach. Wash up. Change clothes. Wash up again. I've washed my hands so many times in the last two days my skin is worse than two days of jamming my hands in bird-sh#t-smeared cracks. Changed clothes four times today.
But on top of it all, I had to bail on the partners. And one had to give the other a ride to my place to get his car, probably and extra hour and a half to his trip home.
Another BEAUTIFUL weekend F*#KED up by daycare-plague. Third time this year.

Johnnyrig, that dysentery sounds like a 3rd world problem. All the rest are bona fide 1st world probs, so you're clear here.

All good if the butter side is down, against the cat fur.

Only two hours left before class to make a powerpoint covering three chapters. And I'm out of coffee.

Wazzup with the whole wifi thang? It seems wherever you go you have to
jump through flaming hoops to get hooked up and then when you think yer
gud to go it turns out their freaking wifi is slower than just using yer 4G!
What a bunch of hooey!

My "water feature" is a breeding ground for mosquitos! I will soon have a third world problem and need to take anti-malaira pills.

Quick fix is to drain the water and shop vac any muck out, perhaps even give it a power washing. Let everything dry out, then refill with fresh water. Consider adding a chlorination or filtration system.

As for my own FWP, you misspelled "malaria." Yeah, I'm one of those people.

No "Crema" on my espresso.

A very serious problem.

Got a DeLonghi Magnifica for the office. Produces a butt-load of thick crema. So nice. Built in grinder, pressure, all perfect. Retail was $1200 but got it on sale for only $400.

Now I need one for the house because I'm running an old Krups Il Primo. You know the kind, the little black thing from the 1980's. Grinder is no good either. Coffee is ok but no crema. The problem is I look at stuff in the stores, on line, etc but it all costs way too much and crema is NO guarantee.

I'd go for another DeLonghi but I need to get a really good deal.

I've been agonizing over this problem for several years now.

I have really good coffee too. It really deserves better treatment.

My wife just gave me a glass of 48 degree Pinot Grigio.....everyone knows that 45 degrees is the proper temperature. Choked it down in the name of matrimonial harmony.

You can't belief the gluten free food option on Alitalia flights. Simply atrocious.

And that screen resolution! How are you supposed to enjoy your choice of a bazillion movies with a screen like that? I mean I had to hunch down in my seat to not view it at an oblique angle, even with the tilting.

That extra ounce in the previously 24-ounce cans of a favored beverage has pushed me over the edge - I think I may end up at the Circle K in Joshua Tree....

The "f" key on my keyboard is sticking - I dribbled too much food in it. I can't find the air blaster can to clean it. I may have to shake the computer manually.
