I'd bail on bailing or just do nothing.
Cripes... Looking at Zillow and houses available in Boulder you can't get in for anything less than $300K. I'm searching for $200K or less.
Aurora it is! ;-)

I've never quite understood people complaining that Boulder is expensive as being some sort of surprise:
Of course Boulder is much more expensive than the surrounding communities.
If you're priced out of Boulder, don't worry, just get in as close as you can. Maybe that's Louisiville, or if you're a little farther down the economic ladder, Schlongmont.
If I wanted to move to So. Cal but was upset that I couldn't get a place in Beverly Hills or Malibu, what would you say?

If you move to Boulder you have to have a cause. Most miserable person in Boulder is a fat person without a cause!
If it is Denver, you need a gun because all us like to shoot while we climb!!!
