By the way, it is the Tioga Gas Mart, not Tuolumne Mobil.

Well. . . yeah. . . but that kinda goes without sayin', even though it was known, by the locals, as TheMoMart for a long time, too.

Isn't this ironic. A bunch of climbers praising BIG OIL.

Any climber who travels in an SUV, truck, or other vehicle with shitty gas mileage is by default "praising" BIG OIL.

I too agree the mobil is tastey! but there is somewhere better! TPR (tioga pass resort) is of the same or higher quality, cheaper, and WAY closer to the east entrance of the park. it is way before the big grade. check it out, its the bomb and you dont have to be staying there to eat.

1 down side though: they close during the winter!

Not to mention just a little bit more atmosphere, eh?

It's almost like you can't even compare them.

TPR FTWFS! (ForTheWinFerSher)

Sounds a little more dine in like. Are they welcoming to people who might be a little hygiene challenged.
